Why The Dragon?

The Bures Dragon has long been part of the local folklore and landscape surrounding . Inspired by the legendary creature said to have once roamed the Stour Valley, the dragon was chosen as the vineyard’s emblem to reflect a strong connection to place, history and the character of Bures itself.
