We currently offer delivery across mainland United Kingdom on the following wines:

1 bottle: £20 plus £5.99 delivery

3 bottles: £55 plus £5.99 delivery

6 bottles: £110 inclusive of delivery

Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Deliveries are typically made within two working days of dispatch via a third-party courier, although occasional delays may occur during busy periods.

Delivery Instructions

You can add specific delivery instructions, such as leaving your wine in a safe place, using the ‘special instructions’ box at checkout.

If the courier is unable to deliver your order, they will leave details on how to rearrange delivery.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact info@buresvalleyvineyard.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to return your order. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, so that we can assess the issue and put it right.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the payment.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or downloadable digital products.
